#128466 [Sell] Ssub V8! - Drag & Drop Interface Builder For Ubot Studio!

Posted by mrwalt on 25 April 2017 - 09:29 PM

The reason why you are getting that error message is because LazyBotter's hosting has expired

and in order to use any of his software it first has to check his server.

Hopefully he renews his hosting as no one will be able to use any of his products since they are

all secured by Meter/UbotLocker Unleashed Licensing System.

However, it is a great product that I use a lot and it would be unfortunate to never be able to use

it again.  I hope he see's this post and if he no longer wants to support it, at least provide the current

customers a way to access it that doesn't require him to be responsible for it going forward.

#126866 Ubot Recovery Program

Posted by mrwalt on 28 January 2017 - 06:06 PM

Hi Ubotters,

Just made a purchase of this program as you never know when you may need to recover

a program that you have been working hard on as we have all made the mistake of not

saving something and then wishing that you did.

Brutal was very quick to deliver this product to me which also surprised me as it is Saturday

evening where I reside and most people are out and about at this time of the day, lol!

However, when I saw this program that Brutal had put together I knew that I had to have it as

it is really a lifesaver especially if you have a big bot that you are working on and do not want

to end up starting over from scratch or losing a ton of hours of time invested.

Either way this is a no brainer to have even if you only use it a couple of times as who knows

when the day will come when you wish you had it and it is a very affordable at only $10.00.

If you are serious about your business I would not hesitate to pick this up as it could be a lot

more for the time that it will save you from having to look through various files to find what

will only take you seconds with the software.

What is the quickest way to downgrade to the previous version within Ubot 5 if you are having customers experiencing this issue?

#121033 [Sell] Ubot Beyond The Basics Course - Take Your Ubotting To The Next Level

Are you looking for a way to store it somewhere because the data is too large to be handled in Ubot or do you just mean keeping it in a list/table?

Mainly to keep it within the list or table but it would also be nice if covered how you would store and/or recall it from a database, list, csv, or xml file.

If you have a request for a video that you think would fit the course let me know and if it's a good fit I'll add it :)

You mentioned that if we have a request for a video to let you know so I will give it a shot.  This may be more

suited for your scraping course but I do not recall this being in there.  However, something I know that I and

others (from reading the threads) have struggled with is how to deal with gathering large amounts of data to

a list (maybe perhaps in conjunction with using tables and/or the large list plugin).

We all know that when using Ubot's built in list commands that after it gathers a certain amount of data weird things

start to happen.

If you could make a video on that I know it would help me greatly and perhaps help a few others that have struggled

with this in the past.

#121028 [Sell] Ubot Beyond The Basics Course - Take Your Ubotting To The Next Level

I just want to say that I had an opportunity to view the course of the weekend and I was happy to pick up

some nuggets that will definitely help me with a lot things that I could do better in terms of coding.

Mind you have I been a user of Ubot for a few years so regardless of your skill level you can always

learn something new.  It also helps that Nick is an awesome teacher and makes things very easy to follow.

#120038 How Do You Price "exclusive Rights" ?

Posted by mrwalt on 19 March 2016 - 06:06 PM

Like CJ said you do not want to miss future sales so you can give the customer a choice or several different options.

You also want to make the most of time that you invested in creating the bot worth the effort, so you want to be

fair but also smart.

Let's say that you would price this bot at $24.99 to sell retail to the public.  We are also assuming that this is

a highly quality bot as well(not something that you put together within 15 minutes).

Here are the different options I would give the customer and then let them choose.

Exclusive rights with bot and source code (which means that I never would sell it) - $2,497

Bot and source code (which means that I can sell it on my own as well) $1,247

Bot - no source code (which means that I can sell it on my own as well) $597.00

You can do so many scenarios, but this is just an example.

You can also have a option as an add-on that if they want updates that it is $97.00 per 6 month term

and can be renewed every 6 months thereafter.  You can be very creative.  However, with every custom job

I do I offer free updates for the first 30 days and then if they want additional support I charge at that point.

These are just some things that you can use to formulate some ideas.

#118663 Epic Birthday Sale - Im Autobots 40% Off Rolling Sale

Posted by mrwalt on 08 February 2016 - 10:34 PM

Happy Birthday Nick.  I sure wish that there was something that I could buy of yours to put that 40% discount to use,

but unfortunately in a good way I already own everything that you have put out, lol!

For anyone else thinking about this it is a no brainer.

#118454 What Are You Doing To Make Money With Ubot In 2016?

Posted by mrwalt on 04 February 2016 - 11:26 AM

I plan on making double what I did last year with Ubot this year which will put me at well over 500K for the year that I will put into my pocket after all expenses.  No B.S. it can be done.  I think that with the right systems in place that it is possible to make 1 million or more a year from software made with Ubot.

However, the goal is not to make this money by selling the software but by giving it away as a bonus after a person has taken the necessary action that you wanted them to take.  Much easier to just give away the software as a bonus to a product that a person planned on purchasing anyway than to have them get out their credit card.  That is just my opinion.  Think what you may but it has been working great for me.

All of the products you see advertised on JVZoo why not just package together your software and create your own unique bonus and make affiliate income without having to worry about creating sales funnels and worrying about charge backs, etc?  This works in a lot of niches.  Think about it as this doesn't have to be a complicated process.

I have only been using Ubot for a little over 2 years and it has literally changed my life as I went from a struggling marketer to one that just builds out software just for fun now.

With all of the plugins available it is nothing that you cannot build with Ubot as long as you have a little creativity and patience.  By far the best investment that I have ever made online hands down.  The crazy thing is that Ubot is still after all these years not known to a lot of marketers.  What a shame as most are still chasing the shiny bright objects that I get the pleasure of selling to them at a premium price.

#118079 Socket Buddy - Transform Ubot Code Into Socket Code

I also agree that this would be very useful for someone is who not familiar with socket commands.   This is something that I would definitely use if it was added to the software.

#115689 My Journey To Ubot Heaven! Lol

Posted by mrwalt on 11 November 2015 - 09:27 AM

Sounds like a great plan and if you follow through I have no doubt that you will be at 3k a month within a few months time.  The things that will separate you from others is a simple bot and it can do just only one thing, but does it better than others as you don't need a ton of features.  Second your customer service, as this is very important in the beginning to build your reputation and trust. Also do not sell your bots for cheap as your customers will not value your product as much as they should, the average price point for my stuff is around $50.00.  I see too many people selling their stuff for only a few dollars.  My first bot was $97.00, but I made sure that it was better than everyone else's and it only did 1 thing at the time but it did it better than everyone else who had a similar product and the first month that it was released it did about 2k with no paid advertising.  Now 2 years later it is still selling on autopilot.

I'm not the best botter by any means as there are a lot more people on this forum way more talented then myself when it comes to UBot but I have proven that you do not have to be the best botter to make a lot of money with this product.   As long as you have ideas you can always make money with UBot even on a free product.  By far hands down the best investment I have ever made when it comes to a purchase with regards to Internet Marketing.

#115513 How are you making money with UBot?

Posted by mrwalt on 04 November 2015 - 06:29 AM

Saying ubot is worth the price is actually a mild understatement. In my first month after buying Ubot and while still learning, i created a bot i sold for about $1000. So i made back the money spent on software and went into profit in the first month. Its all in your ideas, what you can do with Ubot is simply limitless.

100% agree with this statement.  Also people who are making money with UBot are most likely too busy to post here as they are busy making money!

#114730 Your Thoughts On The "lifetime License" Business Model?

Posted by mrwalt on 12 October 2015 - 10:53 PM

I agree that the updates should not be free and you would charge a higher price which I do for all of my products (so price this in by charging more than most).  It is crazy that I see people selling their premium bots for $3 and $5 dollars where I'm charging 10 times that amount.  You know that you are going to have to update the software at least once so why not account for this in the pricing and still only charge the customer once.  Everyone loves a one time price so that is what I give them but they will pay a higher price because I know that there will be at least one update required.

Also in regards to the yearly recurring fee I would probably stay away from that as most people like "VentureOnline" said move onto others things, quit Internet Marketing, or whatever.  What this means is that most people when they make an online purchase usually forget within a few months that they even brought it, so when they are charged again a year later for something that they do not remember purchasing in the first place spells trouble for you.

You can almost guarantee that the average person especially if they aren't using the product will not remember it being a yearly fee and will either file a dispute, request a refund, or file a chargeback.  It's is almost guaranteed that this will be the outcome.

I would just stick with a one time fee whether this be a regular purchase or lifetime license, or a monthly fee that the customer can cancel at anytime.

#114145 Support Management Services

Posted by mrwalt on 23 September 2015 - 09:01 AM

Are you receiving emails or support tickets?  If you are allowing customers to email you like through something like your Gmail account I noticed a big difference once I stopped allowing people to just email me.   Using email just makes it to easy and convenient for someone without even thinking about it to shoot off an email for just about anything even if you have videos/tutorials for it. They would ask questions about every little thing sometimes not even related to the software(just general newbie Internet Marketing questions).

However, as soon as I switched everything over to a support ticket system and created a good size knowledge base that answered a lot of FAQ's the support ticket system cut that number in half.  I just kept it simple and installed the following help desk solution as it is one of the easiest and simple one's to use and works right out the box - http://hesk.com

Trust me it works as they can't help but see most of the questions that they would ask right there in the knowledge base and for those newbies that would email you about everything it presents a more professional look and is just one more step that some of them won't take to fire off a support ticket as they would an email.  This has been my experience as I too had the same problem as you until I took that step.  I also increased the amount of videos that I made available for the most FAQ questions that I would receive, so now I only get a 1/4 of the questions that I would usually get.

Lastly I only support Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.

Windows XP is a headache so I do not even mention it or support it on the sales page.  This also cut out a lot of tickets.
