Best Way To Create A Personal Library Of Frequently Used Node Combos?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I was just wondering... what's the best way to create a personal library of frequently used node combos or code snippets, so I can pull them out quickly when I need to use them for future projects? :)

I don't want to have to think through the logic each time I meet the same situation...

Microsoft Onenote has been useful to me ever since.

Cool! So you just copy the code to Onenote, and paste it into Code View whenever you need it? :)

I don't really like using code view... switching between code view and node view gives me a bit of lag... But I'll give you method a try. It might be easier than I'm imagining. :)

For now, I'm thinking of putting my frequently used code each into a 1 loop node, and then pasting them into a separate UBot save file, and sorting by comments and dividers....

Also going to look into the Define function, and maybe the private bot bank to see how well those work...

Yes.

I alternatively use a library tool I made with ubot. So I can sore more than ubot code. If interested take a look at botguru.net a the botguru library product

Thanks TJ. I will have a look. :)

  • 2 weeks later...

Do items in the private bot bank still work if you move your bot to a different computer?

Do the staff have access to our bot bank? I don't really care if they do, but others might.
