Hi Folks As i am starting to build some helping Tools which do SEO Tasks, I am into using APIs that provide SEO relevant data for checking the basic stuff. Basic metrics are meta data, text length, keyword usage, link data, socials signals (just because clients love that shit), "text quality", page speed, and so on. Basically all that stuff what is relevant for a landingpage check - or on a wider scale, using a scraper to get this data for more than one page, even sidewide. Hey There After a lot of time investigating how things work with ubot, i got finally results regarding pulling out some data from APIs. The goal was, to get json data from APIs, saving it in a list, variable, table, etc. - without buying an extra Plugin. Now I want to send my customers to a site, where they can input some data, pay a fee via paypal and then the data should be transefered to the bot. Hi, I'm trying to get the access token using Instagram API. This is the GET request: https://api.instagram.com/oauth/authorize/?client_id=3459bdf8404753db572567230bf7f2f&redirect_uri=http://localhost:8888&response_type=token (Changed the Client ID to post here). It's supposed to return this: http://localhost:8888/#access_token=1528584781.e75d9bd.aa67a16b62af7534a25fc284dff4c220 When I use this in the system browser it works and after giving access, it returns access token correctly. But in ubot using HTTP plugin (and Exbrowser http commands), it shows the login page in the browser

Hi Ubot Forum Does anyone have any experience with using Ubot with Google Big Query? I would like to be able to use my bot directly, just like how you can with the database commands plugin with MySQL. Currently I use an API which connects to BigQuery but sometimes the service goes down, so it is not reliable enough for production. If anyone has any example code on how they connected with the Google API or even BigQuery and they are willing to share it so I can learn from it that would be much appreciated. There are so many sites with APIs, it'd be great to be able to: Grab data from a site, push it into an API, or into Zapier... Run some data gathering/processing bot, push stuff into one API, get a response and then push the response into another API... etc. Anyone done anything like this? Any plugins (that are still supported), that would help achieve this? It'd be great to have a plugin that'd just handle working with APIs. And, with the ability to use any API, not just ones the plugin is coded for.

Is anyone else having a problem with the DeathbyCaptcha API? For a couple of days now I've had: "API connection lost or timed out" and I am unable to check the balance within UBot. I'm using Ubot Studio 5 version 17. I've contacted DBC but not heard anything back so far. I've also checked in other software and it is working perfectly and I can check my balance. Update: I've now tried on a different laptop and everything is working, so it appears to be a problem caused by this particular laptop. Any idea's what it could be that's stopping the connection to the API? Both laptop

Hey Guys and Gals, An API is defined as - Application programming interface Specifically I am talking about web services like instagram, twitter and FB. The biggest reason why they want u to use their APi's is that it is soooo much easier on the servers. It is far less information to send text in the form of JSON/XML rather all the other things that make it pretty ie the things you see through the unofficial API, your favorite browser. People/bots abuse them and it ruins it for everyone including the abusers. Why sell something that hurts 98% of your users? only 2% can use the servic- 3 replies

I have created a script to update a database's records and it has worked fine but now the number of records are getting so large it is taking a very long time to update. I need this script multi-threaded. It uses Aymen's http plugin and the json path parser by aymen. Total lines of code that need to be multi-threaded is 50 so it isn't a very large bot. I came across this really cool site. My friend sent it to me, told me his Teacher help make it. I think its really useful + its helping me understand things by being able to do them in real time.
