  1. Are you seeing the false positive results with every bot you compile, or are you noticing it in specific bots? Does a compiled bot with only a navigate command cause false positives for instance?
  2. Delete the appdata folder located here and restart UBot Studio: C:\Users\Your Username Here\AppData\Roaming
  3. Perhaps, have your client check for permissions issues, maybe run the bot as an admin, any blocks on his system that might be preventing the files from being accessed and verified or updated.

Appdata files refer to the support files in the appdata folder the bot needs to run.

  8. Your error looks like a permissions error or the files might not be in the correct place. Have you opened a ticket at support and you did not receive a reply? If not, please open a ticket.   9. The issue might be related to a corrupt temp file.   12. The best place to submit those issues is through support.ubotstudio.com The issue should be reproducible no matter the computer, so is there a way you can attach the bot in a support ticket so that we can test it?
  13. If you find specific ways to reproduce a browser brash, we can then fix it. There are so many reason on a system why a crash can occur(low memory, faulty system, an application interfering, the bot running for longer than the system can handle, etc). If you can clearly reproduce the bug you are referring to, we'd be more than happy to investigate and find a proper solution.   22. That is odd and could cause a lot of confusion for users of the developer's plugin. To clarify, it is the responsibility of the plugin developer to request a valid plugin key for their plugin. The user of the plugin does Not need to request a plugin key from UBot Support in order to use the plugin. Thanks everyone.
  23. It sounds like you might be using UBot 3, is that correct? If you are, you will need to run it on Windows 7, Vista, or XP. It is very outdated and it is not compatible with Windows 8.
