So we can match it from the reasons he will give to us when asking refunds. reasons will vary based on user. this is more basic in that if they have done more than 1 charge back, or defrauded you then you can add their name, email, and ipreason would kinda be a lost cause if your just wanting to know how many other people has this person fraudulently did a charge back or serial refund requester.
