Make sure there is nothing blocking UBot from validating your license with the servers. tnhomestead 16
I had to manually delete the files from appdata/roaming/ubotstudio after I uninstalled, then reinstalled and been fine since -- hope this helps
TheBigWeb 40
I get this too and it takes 5+ times before it logs in. Didn't have this issue before the upgrade. I've done the %appdata% fix a few times but the problem reoccurs.

a2mateit 395
Yep, I had to uninstall Ubot 5 and re-install to get past the hang up when trying to update from 5.9 to 5.9.
Needahand 1
I am getting the same problem with update 5.9.4 but this "fix" is not working for me, have opened support ticket but no response so far. Have uninstalled and re-installed several times, tried appdata trick but still hangs on "validating licence".

deliter 203
Ive noticed AVG detecting browser.exe as a virus and disabling it at launch,if you have AVG,try disabling it
Needahand 1
I think with me it might be my anti virus (Avast) causing the problem. I added a new exception (I already have 2 exceptions in there): C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\UBot Studio\* and this now seems to be working.
