FREE UBot Locker API To Manage Licenses

UBot Locker App iPhone app now available on the app store!

More here:

https://itunes.apple...82044?ls=1&mt=8

This API is for the UBot Locker System.

I have created this API file so you can manage licenses within the locker system and integrate applications. The reason I have created this file is because I am developing an iPhone application so you can manage licenses via the iPhone app.

If you want to show your appreciation to me for creating this API file you can donate here:

http://lazybots.com/donate.html

To use the file just upload the “api.php” to the Ubot Locker directory on your server.

Quick question if you don’t mind?

“How many of you would be interested in purchasing an iPhone app that integrates this API?

  • It won’t be an expensive app! $5 to $10 not quite sure yet..

Let me know in the thread…

You can download the API file here:

https://www.dropbox....qb/api.php?dl=0

Oh man Lazy Butt (joke!)!

You're awsome man! Anything to do with botting on mobiles is my kind of taste!

I did suggest to Ubot to update Ubot so we can compile bots that will work on mobile phones but I don't think they're interested in the idea.

If we can manage licenses via our mobile phones then that is excellant as we can simply check our fones to see if any new purchasers bought our bots and we can immediately issue the bot licenses without having to rush back home. Just imagine you're out on a dinner or watching football or in cinema enjoying yourself and you get an alert on your mobile that somebody's made an order of one of your bots. Now, you won't be able to enjoy awhat you're doing as at the back of your head you would be thinking the customer might ask for a refund or make a charge back if you delay too long to issue the license and you can't do that unless you get back home to your computer. And things get worst if you're on a train or ship or plane journey or on a foreign trip.

So to sum things up, anything you can build that will make our life easier so we can use the app on the go on our mobile phones so we don't have to rush home to our computers, is hot and very conveniencing. And, if you keep it cheap like a fiver then that's more enticing isn't it ?

Any chance you can build an app where we can feed our .ubot files and it will convert it into a mobile phone application so our bots can now be installable and runned on mobile phones ? If so, then keep the price as low as this one you mentioned in your original post in this thread. I'd like to see people using my bots on their mobile phones. However, I'm not gonna dream too much as I reckon this would be too much of a monstrous task for you.

On the other hand, whatever compiler you use to build mobile phone applications, if you build a translator of some sort where we feed our Ubot source codes (text version) to this tool and it translates and spits out equivalent codes in the mobile phone compiler then we can then feed that code into a mobile phone compiler and compile an equivalent bot to work on mobile phones. Just a thought.

Write a PHP app and connect from your phone. Done...

Don't over complicate stuff. Use a hammer for a nail and a screwdriver for a screw...

Dan

uniquebot,

I was kind of surprised to read your post. You have to rush home to issue a bot license?

I've been using this product called

PHP-Keycodes

I just load my license keys/products/prices etc. in to the database and then I get a PAYPAL link from the software and put it on my website.

When someone buys a product, the licensing software collects their money and sends an email with their license key and a software download link.

I only paid $45 for the software but its been working well for me for a couple of years now..

I don't even have to rush home when I make a sale. Everything is taken care of for me. I don't even think about it too much, I just log into PAYPAL every once in a while to check the balance.

Thanks! I am glad you like the idea!

Making some sort of compiler for ubot code would be to much work as there are over 4000 APIs in the objective-c library. Plus it would not work as the application would need to be compiled before been submitted to Apple for review, every application in the App Store has to pass Apple's review.

I have been thinking of creating a "Web Based Scheduler for UBot Bots" and integrating an API of you can manage what bots are running on your PC at the office via your phone App. Although PHP is quite new to me, just like Dan said "Write a PHP app and connect from your phone. Done..." that is what I will be doing...

The "UBot Locker App" has been submitted to Apple I am just waiting for them to review it! So should be in the App Store in a week or so! (If it gets excepted)
