Big Jay 35
It does here... but I would think it'd be easier to just use proxies whenever you wanted an ip change vs rebooting your router everytime.
Ptrick125 45
I live in central Texas, United States, and all it takes for me is unplugging my modem for a while, and it changes my IP. I don't really want to change it too much because a lot of programs I use utilize my IP address for logins, and I want to keep my licenses.
HelloInsomnia 1103
I think this happens with DSL modems if I'm not mistaken. I bet theres a way to automate it, it might be worth looking into.
Marton 48
Simply log in to your router with Ubot and reconnect, that gives you a new IP. (you don't have to turn off your router to do that). I do this all the time with most of my scripts (when I don't want to use proxies). I have a DSL modem too.
Code Docta (Nick C.) 638
Yes, some ISP's offer "dynamic or static" IP's but yes, usually with DSL. Great for many things, yet can be cumbersome. So, not sure it's a blessing haha

Yep. There is a way to automate it. I have DSL for this very reason along with my high speed.
