Anyway to choose files in popup window?

I am on the site www.fiverr.com and when trying to add a gig, an image is required. When clicking the browse button a window pops up asking to choose what image is needed. Is there a way to choose files from the popup window? I've tried adjusting the value of the text in the actual box but that doesn't seem possible.

I can't type in the filename on the webpage, I have to choose it by clicking browse and another window popping up.
