thebennos 0
Hey I need a bot, that installs Wordpress fully automated. I have a wordpress setup with modules and a lot of themes. Features I need. - UI with fields for the needed informations like ftp account data, mysql, the domain,....- FTP upload of wordpress - full install of wordpress - password should be randomized. - created blog and account should be saved in a file. Some more things would be great like automated configuration of modules- Randomize the wordpress theme- Logging of Alerts - Remove the standard links and the links in the blogroll. Does not know, if this is all possible.Make me an offer via PM. Questions via PM or here in the thread. thxThebennos
nuc63 27
Your project is possible. I would also include the following if your running a bunch of sites. Automatically upgrade wp platform with needed.update certain plugins(each plugin programmed seperate to check for updates.)

Rasho Han 1
I have done something that updates plugins and the install of wordpress. That is fully functional, but what about the ftp uploading of wordpress? How would that even be handled? Once uploaded I can easily have the installation part done. Also working on adding in "plugin from file" uploading to a finished site. In testing phase now...
Praney Behl 314
A hybrid solution can make that happen.
Tum 0
Doesnt most web hosting supplies have wordpress ready to install anyway, without the need to use ftp ?
UBotBuddy 331
@Tum, If there is a concern about security then installing via a FTP client makes sense. HOWEVER, if security is not a concern then your point is well taken and then UBot could just click on the appropriate links.
imihandstand 0
Hi my friend! I'm actually working on creating automatically both Wordpress-Versions (selfhosted AND wordpress.com-hosted!). They remove all the useless default stuff like links, "Hello world!" post, "About" page, rename the default "uncategorized" category to something else, set up themes and plugins, making SEO, and more! I'm not done with the bots yet, I'm at about 60% of the whole process.
