List manipulation?

Ok, so i scraped something.

Now i want to split parts of it.

 

Just an example:

 

I really like apples

 

Now i want to strip each word of the sentence and add each to a unique list.

 

Or from a single string:

 

934539857329875

 

Now i want each number to be added to a unique list.

 

How can i do this?

It would be nice to have a Filter node for list but atlas we must use Loops, IFs and create new List.

For the time beeing that's no problem for me.

If Seth will add that to the todo list.

But at least i would like to have a workaround to solve this for now.
