Help, Paypal Dispute, Last Time I Messed It Up

Okay so you only get 3 options, and one is like provide a receipt to prove delivery. But its a digital product so I dont know if tahts a viable option. Then one is to take liability - which I did last time and that was a huge mistake. I got charged more money in the end! Like an extra $20 or something for damages  :( . Then the 3rd option I think is say you already refunded them. Which I have not because I was never contacted. 

 

And it wont let me refund them now of course so I have to pick one of these 3 options. What do you guys do in this case?

I'm a seller of digital product, but paypal dont refund digital product seems, some people have chargeback me, and i have say it's a digital product, then i have win the dispute on paypal.
