But its a digital product so I dont know if tahts a viable option. Then one is to take liability - which I did last time and that was a huge mistake. I got charged more money in the end! Like an extra $20 or something for damages . Then the 3rd option I think is say you already refunded them. Which I have not because I was never contacted. And it wont let me refund them now of course so I have to pick one of these 3 options. What do you guys do in this case? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
