New Year's Resolutions

Recommended Posts

Hey UBotters,

been thinking about what I want to accomplish in 2013.

Here's my list:

1) Publish a few things (aside from being Seth's personal whipping boy I am also a writer)

2) Increase the training and education available to UBot Studio users

3) Bring in some new folks from more areas outside of IM to add talent to the mix of wonderful people here - bring us your real estate agents, your software developers, your web developers - your offline marketers yearning to be free!

4) Increase forum participation - get those new people here and spilling the beans on how they make their $$$!

5) Create some how-to guides for UBot use - maybe you all can help with this!

What about everyone else? What do you want to do in 2013?

Jason

Usually days get lnger in feb here but it seems it's started in dec !!! What is going on with the world nowadays ?

Not really... The winter solstice is the specific day when, due to Earth's axis tilt, the day is shortest and the night is longest, as perceived in the Northern Hemisphere, while the summer solstice, on the other hand, presents the opposite (longest day and shortest night).

So far, days have shortened and nights have lengthened constantly.  After the winter solstice, the process reverses itself.

From now on, days get longer, nights get shorter:

The Spring & Autumn equinoxes, that you may have referred to, are the specific days when the day is equal in length with the night:

Of course, if you live in the Southern Hemisphere, say... Australia, Southern Africa, South America, etc... you would experience the longest day/shortest night, as you would have summer now there, not winter.

But still, in February and especially in March, the days would rather tend to become equal with nights, as it would be closer to an equinox (which is the same thing for both Hemispheres)
