i think thats what happens when you select to "brute force" the captcha, it relocates it to the top of the page so it can have a better shot at capturing the right part of the page. if you uncheck it it should leave it where it is.

trying to do the same thing, pause script seems to work but the play button lags and stays on for me, which doens't matter of course but is confusing, also id rather not have to keep clicking play would be nice if the script continued after I hit submit. aaron could you elaborate a little more? I tried using a while with page search for name=submit with the while not actually doing anything which seems to sort of work except it makes the script hang a bit and give errors.
