[BUY] Looking for bot for simple task

In full disclosure, I PM'd two members of the forum, I think that might have been wrong to do so I am posting a post here.

I am looking for a voting bot for a site. Its a simple webform where you put in an email address and submit and it you can see the tally after you vote to see who is winning. There is no confirmation of the email typed nor does it email a link to confirm vote.

 

Just need the bot to input an email and use decaptcher.com API to do the captcha.

 

Would like to be able to paste in a list of emails and have it go at it, need to be be able to set options for decaptcher (login/pw).

Also, this shouldn't change how you make the bot but I will run it on ec2 instances (Amazon Cloud, Windows 2003 R2), and can install any programs needed (.net, etc).
