I use win 8.1 and the same issue occurs.It could be the version of Firefox installed based on the support docs last supported version is Firefox 47.0.1 32bit.https://botfactory.helpdocs.com/exbrowser-plugin/currently-supported-browser-versions I just started with exbrowser so I have no clue what I'm doing yet so...?
