Ui Panel Not Visible Ui Open File & Stat Monitor Not Opening On Clients Computer

Hey

 

I have Ubot 5.9.2 and a client sent me a screenshot of his bot,the entire UI panel is non existent

 

anyone know what I am doing wrong?

 

I had him download support files from Ubot

EDIT** I now have 2 customers saying the same thing,the second I provided the support files*

 

EDIT** I removed the UI but the bots themselves do not work at all***

I have the same problem.  After restarting several times the bot, it works, but only for some hours.  I am using 4.2, and since I cant replicate the issue, do not ask anything to support.

Same problem here. The temporary solution for me right now is just restarting the application and hope UI come out.  . But lately its more difficult.

Maybe try and make the UI larger or appear via css. 

 

body {

 

height:400px;

}

 

Something to that effect. or use a div in the UI and set a height to that.

 

Also maybe it has something to do with the setting in the options menu v5 chrome 39 ect.
