i have been looking for a good  win7 vpns or dedicated server for ubot for a while.

 

it would be better if it is Dynamic Ip and usa based

 

please give me some advice

I'm a big fan of Amazon AWS. You only pay what you use. 

And they are very powerful. 

 

With a lot of the cheaper VPS providers you will not get a good performance.

 

But that's just my personal experience. Others might have better recommendations.

I have been using VPS from softsys for quite a while now, not only do they have good prices but their vps run my bots perfectly fine, very stable.

They run some bots that I have built in ubot4 and brought over to ubot 5 for the schudling system. I run then for weeks without touching them. The longest I have ran it so ran is 1 month with no issues and consistant speed. They have a variety of different options for you to choose from so I am sure you can get something to handle what ever it is you built.

What ever you do, DON'T go withcWindows Azure it is BS for Ubot...

Don't get me wrong, it's nice and cheaper then AWS on a lot of there stuff, but they limit a crap load like connections out, figured that out with my Ubot being multithreaded and only sending 20 at a time (should be 100-200). I could never figure it out until this morning. 

Back to AWS! Just pay your bills on time... lol ( I owe $400 lol)
