Slowing down the Type keys

How can i slow down the rate that the "type keys" types. so it is a random speed. 

 

I am trying to come up with ways that the typing could me more human like typing errors hitting backspace and correcting the error and/or Use the spell check. stuff like that.

 

 

Also how about macro like mouse movements? any macro plugins or ides?

Put each letter of the word you are typing into a separate type text command and place a wait command between each letter. To make the wait time random place several wait times in a list and then call random list item for the wait time.

Here is the code to have random waits:

wait($rand(1, 3))

...change the limits (1-3) to whatever suits you.
