Well, that is sure interesting Lilly. After loading a new next file, I completely closed the program down. Waited for 5 minutes, and guest what? The old list (not updated one) is still loading in the autofill fields. This is an an extremely short script. How can this happen AFTER you shut down the program? Test in one of your own scripts and I bet you see the same behavior.

I load data in text files into UBOT. I refresh. I refresh again and again. Then I hit start....my OLD DATA still gets loaded which leads me to ask the question, how on earth could this be???? Sometimes it takes 3 - 4 minutes for the new file data load to be current. Does my data go onto the UBOT server and is that the reason it is not loading instantly when data is replaced with a different file? I would really very much love to know why this is happening repeatedly.

IE 7. I just tested many times. Does anyone know if it works in IE 8?

I have not yet worked with psychodad's suggestions (thanks!), but here is the bot I found on an earlier thread. I understand the value of Y mobile because there are no pop ups. Even with just a simple link displaying outerhtml has not been working by using the coding here using href and wildcards. Every time when it gets to "click chosen" it, an error message comes up "no elements chosen". I certainly hope this turns out to be something I cam overlooking as I very much would like to become a master of ubot coding. YHOO.ubot

Well, I have read this forum, spent hours and still very stuck. Seems it is nearly impossible to get UBOT to click on a link in Y mobile, which should be easier than reg. Yahoo. I have tried just about everything. Is it me or is it the program? Have set up search page, then by attribute then click on link. I do this with many other normal websites, no problem at all. How do I get this to work? I have downloaded the sample bot that was uploaded with routines to confirm links but cannot get it to work on any of my verify links. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My understanding is that the user agent footprint within UBOT = IE. With that said, I see a potential huge issue with doing multiple submissions or registrations with many sites that are sophisticated enough to track this. My thoughts are that we need a user agent randomizer built in. Is there a way to accomplish this? If not from this feature added into UBOT itself (hopefully soon), would there be some third party solutions that anyone knows of that might accomplish this? Thanks!

I have finally built my first bot with proxy support but one problem. After attempting tirelessly, I cannot get the Captcha window to display the captcha image at https://edit.yahoo.com/registration?.intl=us. Instead there is a tiny window where the image should appear with nothing but blank space. Any ideas or is it impossible with Yahoo?

I have attached a screenshot. Here is test bot for a Yahoo registration. This loads a random name from a loaded text file and enters it in the field for registration. I am wanting save this data into a file. This can be easily accomplished $names in the program with account constraints, but I want to use my own data files for names, usernames, and passwords pulled from text files. The issue I am having is with the 'Save to File'. I can get it save a random name from my custom text file (as pictured) but that value is different from the one entered on the form because it is not selectin

Ok, I got it figured out but it should not have taken this long. Videos need to be updated and still looking for a written reference manual? I would like to have instructions written out in addition to videos because it takes a long time to figure out where and which video to find what you are looking for.
