  1. Hey all, I'd like to hit you all up today to see if you can give me some insights. I've been using the great plugin from Aymen to access sqlite databases, but I'd like to take things a bit further and be able to access the sqlite database directly through jquery calls inside of ubot. Anyone got any ideas on how to accomplish this? It would tremendously improve my tables in the ubot browser. Thanks! Frank
  2. Hey man, two feature requests. 1. Ability to search for a sequence in the code. Almost like a search/find function. This would permit me to see where a define is called or a variable is used. 2. Code folding. The ability to double click on a section of code that is using {} and close that section or maybe a plus/minus to the left of it. thanks, Frank
  3. Hey guys, yes I do use a proper installer. I've got most things 100% but that doesn't mean that antivirus is going to ignore something that it things is a baddie. Thanks Meter, would you mind if I asked you pointed questions after i start to look at the dll? If push comes to shove, I would definitely be in on a group purchase to sign the .dll file with the antivirus companies. Frank
  4. Hey Meter, I'd be willing to take a bit of time and just hammer through the code on the file. Is it possible to get the source code? To be honest, I'll probably be contracting a trusted programmer to pour over the code. If I do come up with a fix, I'll track the expenses and if anyone else wants a copy we can split the overall costs to fix it. Frank
  5. Ugh, Meter I love the licensing system but I'm extremely hating the fact that license.dll keeps getting deleted by antivirus software. right now, Avast, Kapersky and McAfee love to wipe it from the install directory and the downloaded .exe zip file. Has anyone worked out a solution to this one? It's literally creating about 50 tickets per day in complaints. Frank
  6. Hey Meter is there any way to have the licensing software to throw up a splash screen initially so the user has something in their face when they click the exe button? I've finding that my program can easy take 10 secs or more to load and yes, for users that 10 secs is an eternity and they click the exe like 10 times in the time span it takes for the program to load? Frank
  7. Hey yea, where did John end up? Anyone know. I do know health wise he wasn't doing well but I never knew what happened. Frank
  8. Hey Meter, hate to tell you but Kapesky and McAfee hate the license.dll file. It's getting deleted even before it gets unpacked into a directory. May have to submit it to antivirus companies to get it ignored. Frank
  9. Hey Jason, I did try it but found it too slow. I use a lot of jquery in the browser to display program flow and the old browser is crazy fast in comparison to the new one. Though I'd prefer it.
  10. Build more programs in the same niche, affiliate to other products in your niche, build how to courses in your niche, need I continue? Guys the sky is as high as you make it!
  11. Darn Seth, Thank You! Making this change for me is like you giving me a late Christmas present! Frank
  12. Hey Meter, how hard would it be to integrate an autoresponder signup form at the end of a purchase cycle with jvzoo? I think it may be just a matter of adding in the form code that closely matches the signup through an autoresponder form but I'm not sure. Frank
  13. I know that this thread is a bit old, but just a heads up. This plugin may not be 100%. I was testing it yesterday and found that it's throwing away carriage returns when you put data into the clipboard with it. Is it possible to see if it can be repaired? Frank
  14. M, My biggest recommendation is to make something that isn't too elaborate. Seems that everyone I've ever had the pleasure to work with when they are starting out is that they want to create the senuke killer app. Great goal but way to lofty. It's like learning to walk and expecting to jump to the moon. Start out with a simple app that solves a problem! One of my first was an app that posted to ping.fm when it was still around. It was a simple app that made me my first $10,000 in a couple of months. But it did take me several years of learning to do that - just to disclose the full truth.
  15. This normally takes some deep looking into the web page. I'm automating google properties and this is a common occurrence. I've been looking deep into the code and putting extra conditions like 'display:none' - things like that. Frank
  16. Making $1,000 per month on a bot is low in my opinion. Releasing a good bot takes time but with the right effort, you can release something and make much more than $1,000 per month! On my latest product, the gross revenues reported for the last 40 days was $32,820.50. Sure about 60% of that went to affiliates and fees, but it still left almost $17.000. And we've just started! Come on guys, it's time to dream big! Frank PS - this is the reason I don't do personal bot work anymore. It's about the same effort in building of the bot and much more potential for profits!
  17. Already talking to them Meter, The thing is my system also sends them an email via wordpress for membership - that always gets through but the emails from the licensing system get blocked by gmail, aol and hotmail. Frank
  18. that's too funny Kreatus! I tried to signup for their site but no dice. Didn't get back a signup email. Frank
  19. It's unfortunate, but there does seem to be some issues with the latest code. I upgraded a production bot to 5.9.8 from 5.8.5 and have encountered tons of little issues. One being that folks are really complaining about the software being very slow to run. Frank
  20. http://www.blackhatteam.com/f26/live-stream-genius-112715.html hey another request... Is there a way to make the script more reliable for sending out emails? I'm constantly having to manually send the license emails. Frank
  21. So now the games begin! Meter the black hatters are trying to crack your licensing code!! So we will see if they have any success but so far, so good. Seems that our program is still not broken. Frank
  22. you know what the problem is? AVG. Truly the bottom of the barrel when it comes to antivirus. I've done desktop support for years and this package has made me more money than any other software removing it for real antivirus. Sorry, but that the truth of it.
  23. I just wanted to post my thanks for the hard work on the upgrade to 5.9.8. I ran into very few issues with moving my current project over to this new version. I only ran into minor problems and I wanted to say the new addition to the click command to use 'click using location', is awesome. There's only a few minor issues, like the browser being a bit blurry - apparently it can be fixed with a settings change, but good work overall! Frank
