Managed to get this working. The problem I had was in the scraping, fixed that and then it worked like this: add list to list(%stuff,$scrape attribute(<outerhtml=w"<h5 =\"yummyyummy\">*</h5>">,"innertext"),"Delete","Global") add list to table as column(&results,0,1,%stuff) It would be nice to be able to use variables for this, lists can get quite painful having to always clean them afterwards!

Hello! I'm scraping stuff to variables from a page with wildcards (God I love Ubot for this stuff!!). I'm using the latest version and it seems to be working really well. One thing I have found though is that when my bots are compiled I am getting ubotCEFSharpBrowser errors on my Windows Server, and on Windows 7 it just locks up. Thankfully I don't intend to sell any of my bots, so I can just run them straight out of the Studio which seems to be pretty rock solid.

I'd really like to know if there is a way I can trigger a button in the UI to open a speciifc folder. It would save heaps of clicking around to just be able to open the results folder! Ninjamanz.

Hello! I'm trying to send a page down command inside twitter, I used to do this with a piece of Javascript in ubot 4 (and 3!) but I can't seem to be able to do this as easily in ubot 5. Does anyone have a piece of ubot code that will essentially send a page down keyboard command that I can then drop inside a loop or while command. Thanks Ninjamanz.

Depends what you are botting. Pick the easiest method that the platform or website will allow.

I bought the old version of this and the new version, and think it is a worthy investment. What's a bit annoying is that if you have a multiscript (new script tabs in ubot) you need to migrate all the content of the scripts into a single script and set define commands for these. That makes it a little bit more of a mission to troubleshoot scripts eventually, but it's dooable, just might have been nice to know that first of all. The real problem I am having (all the main functionality is working as it should be) concerns the controls for the script. If you create a button in the UI design

Thanks for your help. I saw that from Win7 onwards Microsoft includes a Compression function which can be accessed using the command line. There is a page about it here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb490884.aspx However, I have created "tmp" in C directory. Via command line I have that folder active C:\tmp\ What should happen is that I put in the following command line COMPACT /C * And all the files (there are 3 text files) should be compressed. I have a script that runs heavily on what the user has selected in the User Interface as options. What I am struggling to understand is exactly how I build a process that will run the main script. I know I have to use the define command but I am not sure what I need to include in there. Will it be enough that the define commands contains everything in the bot except for the UI elements and when the program run on a schedule it will automatically mine the values from the UI when it runs?
