Guys, there are no tickets in the system that I did not reply to already. But it's normally pretty straight forward. If V1.3.2.8 worked for you, then V1.4 will work for you too. V1.4 the only difference is that you need to run the new licensing command. EVERY TIME when you launch ubot studio or a compiled bot. If you do NOT run it, nothing will launch. If you see a browser launch and then close, that normally means, you don't have the correct browser version. EXB V1.4 (similar to V1.3.2.8) will only work with Chrome 71.x and FF 64.x.EXB V1.41 has update drivers. So it works with Chrome

Replied. But it's normally not necessary to write about tickets here. My replies are not faster because of it :-) I see every ticket! I get regular notifications of unreplied tickets. So don't worry. If you run the licensing command before your launcher. You have to always run that command once. In Ubot and in compiled bots. Besides that 1.4 is 100% identical to 1.3.2.8. So if 1.3.2.8 works and 1.4 doesn't, then it's the licensing command, or you readdy don't have the Chrome 71.x browser. But please... for support send a ticket guys. PS: Also check the EXB DEbug Log. It might give you some hints. And sometimes rebooting your PC also helps. Kindest regards Dan

ExBrowser V2.004 Update Released Changelog: Pro Edition Licensing Change: Pro Edition now has no communication with license server for compiled bots. Duplicate Xpath Check It will now ask you with a popup if you want to disable that warning. Duplicate Xpath Check - Fix for wait for element Wait for element command was triggering that warning multiple times. So that's fixed now.

Did you contact me via a support ticket after the upgrade didn't work last week? I mentioned, that at some people people need to move. So my recommendation for everyone is, TEST it as fast as possible. And directly contact me if something doesn't work. Otherwise people might be surprised one morning when the old lic server is offline. The main reason for the issue is probably that you didn't integrate the new license command. In the V1 email you should have received was a link to some tutorials. If you watch them, you will see how this works. If you did all that and it doesn't work. Open

Little clarification on support cases

Unfortunately not. This is a "how to code" question. Which is perfect for the Ubot forum or the ExBrowser facebook group. Support is for technical problems and issues. Not for individual coding challenges. You can't call the microsoft Visual Studio support and ask them how to write a method that extracts data from somewhere. That's what their consultants are for. I'm not sure what you mean. If a website wants, it can detect any kind of automation. It's only a question of time and ressources they invest into it. There is no guarantee with Ubot, or exbrowser or any other tool, that it can prevent detection. And maybe if it can today, it might not work tomorrow. You never know. Just imagine how many developers google has, and how many the other tools have. Sometimes one tool works but another not and then 3 months later it's the other way around. That's why I say... if you build a business around doing something that is not allowed.. you will be unlucky
