Anyone who’s been with us from the beginning understands that the current version of UBot Studio (3.5119) is totally different from the original UBot Studio 3.0. Since our first release, we’ve made several redesigns to the interface, making it increasingly easy to create bots, we’ve added countless commands, and we’ve integrated a lot of ideas from our community. Well, sometimes changes have to take place that are just so massively large, that we have no choice but to release it as a new version, with a new installer, and a new core system.

I wish I could list out all of the great new technologies going into UBot Studio 4, but at this point these have to remain top secret. What I can say is that any limitation v3 might have had will be gone in v4. The technology is so much lighter, faster, and more powerful, you’ll find yourself mastering the internet in ways you never thought possible.

We pride ourselves on UBot Studio’s usability and ease of learning, but I can tell you in no uncertain terms that UBot Studio 4 will bring botmaking to ridiculous levels of ease and quickness. The sorts of things that UBot Studio 4 will be able to do will make even complex bots into simple, easy to produce works, with a lot of the actual work already done for you.

I know a lot of people will want to know whether or not they’ll have to pay to update, and that’s something Jason will elaborate on in a future post.

Well, that’s all I can say for now. Stay tuned and we’ll fill you in more and more as we get closer to the release date.

  2. What? Pay for updates? I bought this program with free updates and I hoped it would be like that for ever. This is disappointing ubot :(. I really hope you will add multi-threading.
