trumaj 0
Hey folks, Just bought UBot today, and think it's a great tool! For my first job with the software, I am trying to scrape data from a third party website, but as they URL of the page where I need to get the data from is constantly changing, I need to follow links from the website to navigate to where I need to be to start the scraping. However, clicking the link that opens the final destination opens up a new instance of the browser, thereby putting it outside of the control of Ubot. Is there anyway of stopping this from happening? Or can anyone suggest another way to do what I need to do? Any advice gratefully received... :-)
alcr 135
Can't you just scrape that last one and navigate to that particular url? Or is it completely random?
trumaj 0
Ahh... Light-bulb moment...! Yeah, thanks Alcr... Of course, I don't need to CLICK the link, just need to take the URL from it, and navigate directly to it... I will give that a try! Thanks again! :-)

Kreatus (Ubot Ninja) 422
Hi you need to scrape the links first and add them to a list then navigate it on a "In Sub Window".,
