sktan7 12
Hi All,I am not sure if you had ever lost your code within ubot itself. It happens to me a few times, but it did not bother me as I always thought that I was very sleepy and hit a wrong key unit I saw it in the following forum: http://www.ubotstudio.com/forum/index.php?/topic/9238-vv4096-define-command-16-functions-lost/ I post my code for anyone to verify:http://www.ubotstudio.com/forum/index.php?/topic/11041-bug-or-magic/ My code is in 4.1.5 and verify my code again yesterday with the new ubot release. The problem is still there. So far, there is no verification from ubot on the mysterious lost of source code. So I guess it could be just on my computer. If you have problem, like mine, my suggestion is always save your in a text file and keep different versions of your work. Have your tested code stored in an older ubot tab. Always have your new code in new ubot tab. The lost of code is very subtle especially when you switch to node view because node view will fill up your screen. Good Luck! MiriamMB 63
Your other thread is confirmed and has been forwarded to the developer. Always good to save your code manually whenever possible in any case.
Brutal 164
Also, don't open another bot while in code view, it seems to keep the old tab open and if you try to save it will erase your stuff... so ALWAYS go to node view before opening another bot! Good info to have - I didn't know this. Thanks!
