TheMcD 6
I've spent hours trying various combinations of things, but now it's time to get back to the basics... I can't figure out why doesn't this file get pulled into a list, with each line as a separate item.(See attached text file.) When I pull it into a list, it ends up with one item in the list (0), shown like this: December 1, 200809:33:002804:24:242901:01:081621:43:201712:28:5818 The text file was originally saved out by uBot itself. I'm not sure how to find hidden characters or add any so that this gets pulled in correctly by uBot (which again, originally output the file). It just somehow does not see each line as it's own item. Baffled...??? ???
a2mateit 395
Hey McD, Are you sure you aren't using the command add item to list, instead of add list to list. A little more about what it is your doing, or how it's saving can help to resolve this for you.
JohnB 255
If all your commands are correct (i.e. list from list) you can add it to a list by using $list from text($read file... Although I am guessing you used add item to list originally John
