Reading From Csv Files

Hi Everyone, Just bought into Ubot Standard after watching the first 6/7 training videos  

I am well on my way to making my first bot, but, I have come across my first obstacle? How to read from excel files for user account creation? 
The videos I have found on YT are from 6 & 7 years ago. 

I was wondering if there was a more up to date tutorial for version 5.9.55

1- add list to list

2- list from file

that will get your csv into the list in ubot... now just interact as needed.

Usually for CSV files you would use create table from file:

ui open file("CSV File",#file)
create table from file(#file,&data)
