after changing the IP address and cookie cleaning (CCleaner) can not I vote;/

im sure the not see my real ip ;/ im disconnect my internet and use phone sim card to vote (from computer)... and im cant vote ;/ 

Flash cookies im delete by CCliner... ;/ 

 

or maybe you have any idea to delete flash cookies ?
