AutomationNinja 194
Running to many programs or too many threads causing you to use up your available RAM.
NewTechLife 3
No its not the executable itself. It's the browser inside the executable.... and I have 8 gigs of ram so I know it's not using up all my ram
NewTechLife 3
Come on guys really need some help with this.... none of my bots will run continously for more then 4 hours
Legend 181
This is a long standing problem with UBot... my guess is that it has something to do with the weak awesomium engine...
AutomationNinja 194
Man I never have this problem. Seriously it is very likely RAM related. TJ released a plugin that clears up memory and apparently everyone who has used it hasn't had any browser crashes....http://www.ubotstudio.com/forum/index.php?/topic/13444-sell-plugin-os-operating-system-addins/
NewTechLife 3
Once again I have 8 gigs of ram and am not running any other programs so I know it is not caused from using up all my available ram. The executable will still respond and you can still type things into the ui boxes but the browser inside the executable crashes.
NewTechLife 3
I will try the plugin you suggested, but all in all I think someone should work on the fact UBot crashes often.
nuc63 27
In order for ubot compiled bots to work for extended periods of time you must use plugin or run a application like clean memory.
NewTechLife 3
Why would this not be incorporated or something into ubot
AutomationNinja 194
Submit your bot to support by opening a ticket and have them evaluate it for you. Best way to get any problems resolved.
NewTechLife 3
Has anyone had any luck with running one of their bots for more then 48hr? Even with the clear memory processes the browser still freezes after between 4hrs-48hrs
VaultBoss 310
Opening a thread with the title "Problem" is not a good practice. Try being specific, so that other users with similar problems may find help too, later, as well as hinting to the more experienced ones to what your issue is about so that they can chime in and try to help you. Very few people will find a thread with this title when searching. They would usually use keywords pertaining to their problems per se. In your case, the title maybe should have been: "Compiled (.exe) bots' browser freezes randomly" or some such... BTW... this approach is useful on ANY forum you may be a member of, for pretty much the same basic reasons. Cheers!
