kin 0
Does anyone know the work around for the twitter API hourly rate limits? They say its IP based but the limits never reset when proxies are used. I’ve tried elite and private proxies, even after clearing all cookies and flash. The only thing that appears to work is resetting my router, which dynamically assigns a new IP. I’ve scrubbed the web for answers to no avail. How were these companies like T w e e t a t t a c k s and t w e e t a d d e r doing it?

LoWrIdErTJ - BotGuru 904
they werent really making accounts that were meant to last. its throw away accounts. turn and burn to say it shortly. make an account, and then post away till it banned you, then make a new one and continue. ubotusold 28
perhaps they have a sophisticated means to detect proxies and put limits them the way i see it is if you see too many tweets coming in from an ip too fast, you have to limit it anyway for flooding your network
