I'm looking for someone who can write a short list editing program. The application inputs a list of email addresses (could be several thousand). It then starts at the beginning of the first line. The program verifies that there is an actual email address on that line by searching for the @ symbol. Once the symbol is found, the program then truncates the letters to the left of the @ symbol. It replaces the @ symbol with HTTP:// Once that is done the program moves on to the next email address and follows the same routine.
