  1. Congrats RB, You are progressing very quickly then! I was a bit slower. Took me about six months to get to where you are now. You'll find too, as your mind is 'programmed' to think like a programmer, you'll have more and more come to you. Truly exciting! My biggest holdback has been taking the time to learn more and more commands in different languages, lol. Maybe I just need to choose something and bloody stick with it. But that's a different animal altogether aye? Frank
  2. When it comes to google, there will be differences between countries and the code that they use. I too also recommend to learn the page (it is very obscure), and then use tools like regex to get exactly what you need. Frank
  3. LOL, repeat after me. 'It's now if a web site will change, just when'. F
  4. Well, you'll never forget it again, lol. I too understand. Frank
  5. Agreed Marton, Will definitely teach on that! Frank
  6. The latest features also include reminding you of your wife's birthday, and your wedding anniversary! Totally worth $1900 for a dev price!!!! (Yea, yea - I am kidding - darn) Frank
  7. I can say that once all the bugs are ironed out, I cannot see Ubot releasing version 5. I don't believe it should be long, but I honestly don't know. I'm just beta testing and cannot speak for Ubot. But I do know that these guys wish the code to be as solid as possible before public release. Frank
  8. Dang, didn't even think of doing that. Messy yes, but possible! Thanks!
  9. ok, good thoughts, but what about moving a variable into the clipboard? But good suggestions, lol. F
  10. Do any of you guys have any idea how to copy information to the clipboard from ubot? Cheers, Frank
  11. Thanks for the compliment Jay, but to be honest, teaching is easy with a good student like you! Keep up the good work. Frank
  12. With the boom in jquery on web sites, I don't even bother with anything other then the wait for element command. I'll normally select something on the page below where I'm automating and it works 100%. Why? Simple, javascript and jquery can dynamically change the page after it's totally loaded. I write jquery for some e-carts and I use this functionality to change the cart look and feel after the cart provider loads the page. Frank
  13. yeah, great command. I've used it too many times. Frank
  14. Wow, if you can get in on a discount to dev version, don't think about it, DO IT!!! I've made many bots and lots of bucks with ubot because of the dev version. Unless you have no interest in selling bots, you should have the dev version. Frank
  15. I second this proxy vendor. I do a lot of nuking and have the least troubles with them..
  16. Goto commands may sound like a God sent, but they are really bad programming in the long run. Proper structure will force you to think out your code and as the guys mentioned, you can then call functions with defines.
  17. Drop them into a temporary define and copy, paste them. Then take them out of the define a their new home. If you had the pro version, you could go to code view and just select the code that way.
  18. Or use multiple tabs, up to you and yes hide the tabs after. Just a heads up though, if you move defines to a new tab, you'll have to save and reopen the bot before running again.

    New pc

With as much ram as you can afford. 16gb minimum.
  20. One thing to learn is how to search the engine database by filling in the search URL manually. This will help greatly. Plus dig into each search engine options to get back more results per search. Hint, they will give you back at least 50 results in one search.
  21. Split your bot up into defines and move the defines to their own tab. If you have more then a hundred commands in one tab, Ubot will slow down
  22. Me, I just sulk the Ubot forum spreading political lies. Hah!
  23. Thanks for chinking in on this one Ayman.
