We’ve set up a support ticketing system to help us manage the onslaught of support requests that we get daily. http://support.ubotstudio.com is now the place to go for tricky problem. We still encourage using the forum to get help quickly from the community, but we can’t always monitor every thread, so if you’re having trouble with something and the forum just isn’t helping, you can now submit your issue to our support system and we will have better control over making sure that your issue is addressed.
I, Seth, will personally have my nose in the ticket system frequently, so this will fully replace my previous request of having you guys email me for support issues. This will make support a much cleaner and more organized process, and will ultimately let us serve your support needs more efficiently and effectively.
