$replace with UI variables

I'm VERY new to ubot and would appreciate help with using the $replace (or $replace regular expression) with a UI text box variable.

 

I am updating some Wordpress sites. There are 2 different words on that page I would like to replace with what I type into 2 different UI textboxes, respectively.

 

Here's what I've tried (I tried using just the $replace function, but am also trying with the $replace regular expression function as well):

This doesn't work and as stated above, I have 2 words that I need replaced.
