baloch 1
I was just wondering is there a way to see how long your script takes to complete a task. Meaning just like we have a UI Stats. Is there a way to tell how many seconds have passed.
Abs* 12
hmm - nice idea - really didnt think of this but it would come handy maybe you could do something like a while command and evaluate if the script is still running then delay 1 and then increment one not sure if that makes sense - havnt attempted it myself - but it should work and then all you need to do is either watch the secs in the stat monitor or save to file - even write to browser - thanks
JohnB 255
Search the forum...there were several solutions to this a while back.
baloch 1
yes you can do it with javascript but you are relying on two pages on your server. I am talking about getting the system time then saving it and when the bot is done it gets the system time again and calculates the difference. But how do get the system time. Praney Behl 314
To get system date and time, use the $date constant in the system constants. Cheers! Praney
JohnB 255
Go to post #8 in this thread: http://ubotstudio.com/forum/index.php?/topic/6097-calculate-execution-time/page__p__28701__hl__timer__fromsearch__1&do=findComment&comment=28701 John
baloch 1
That execution timer with the get time from unix is perfect. But I created another one that gives you the amount of mins that have passed by. No javascript or functions. It has three subs. Start time; End time; Total time; Check it out and see if it works.totaltime.ubot
Camel 0
Can any of these be compiled for Version 4.2? I cannot find any scripts as I am trying to learn quickly.I could really use a timer to see how long a script runs. Thanks very much!
