Extracting numbers from a list

I have a list of facebook fanpages that are in this format :

 

hxxp://www.facebook.com/pages/i-will-be-ready-in-a-minute-babe-LOL-jk-im-a-female-i-will-be-another-hour/121103297909915?v=wall

 

Is there a way I can scrape the id numbers from it so im left with just

 

121103297909915

There not on a page there in a txt file and im not sure how to do it as the text before the codes is always different.
