There is certainly an easy way but I don't know off the top of my head as I never have to do it. I remember seeing it in one of the great ubot instructional videos on vimeo.com (just search for ubot).

Yes I believe you want the javascript "back" function. Don't remember the syntax right now but google it and you should find it.
