alcr 135
It is kinda impossible without knowing what you did at the moment. Is the trouble still there or did the bot just do a random crash?
Ken 0
It is kinda impossible without knowing what you did at the moment. Is the trouble still there or did the bot just do a random crash? I don't know but will find out - I'm getting these reports from customers I sold adapted version of the yellow pages scraper to. I added navigation to site and category selection. It worked perfectly here, and worked perfectly for customers. Now today 3 different customers tell me this error after they run a lead job and the software just crashes. I run the software here and am not able to duplicate the error at all. I suspect something on the site itself or their search, but have no idea. I'm a total novice here but was hoping the codes above actually correspond to an error and can be identified and corrected. alcr 135
Do they have .NET 3.5 and IE7 or IE8 installed?
Ken 0
Do they have .NET 3.5 and IE7 or IE8 installed? Thank you for your help - yes they "said" they had both installed, but who knows. I couldn't get it to replicate on my machine at all or my laptop, but I did remedythe situation with a quick painfree refund. :-) Thanks again - I'm sure I'll be back at some point!
