As with anyone in any business the more knowledge someone has and experience you can almost guarantee a higher price for them to be able to do it. I myself charge around $325+ for an account creation, multi threaded, with email confirmation I dont obviously speak for everyone, they can chime in, but your budget is going to be an issue for most quality programmers. 3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

It should also have the function to click the confirmation link via email. I don't need proxies/VPN features, since I'll change the IPs myself for now...then I'll add the feature in the future.
