ILoveUBot 10
How do I select a choice from a drop-down menu? Especially if it is already populated with a first choice.
Seth Turin 223
There's a "select random child chosen" command, which will choose a random one, and if you would like to select a specific item, you can do so with "change chosen attribute", by changing the value attribute. To accomplish this, simply select the item you want to to change to before using the change chosen attribute command, and then when your parameter window pops up, the correct value will be displayed. ILoveUBot 10
Brilliant. Thanks Seth, I thought it would probably be a simple answer.
Guest Xdreamer
For some strange reason that doesn't work for me at this page: http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en I tried to change the value from 10 to 100 at the "Results per page:" checkbox. Any suggestions?
ILoveUBot 10
I think this is because the field is already prefilled with first option. Anyway, Seth showed me how to do it.... Click on the drop-dow to make your choice Rgt click and choose by attribute name alt exact match in your next node choose change chosen attribute value & each choice should be assigned its own unique value - mine were numerical choices. Hope that works for you...

Guest SSMonkey
Tried that several times without any success choose the result and the choose attribute to get the value (50 results would be value "50") I chose attribute by name and then change chosen attribute to the value returned previously (50 in this case). Guest turbolapp
I have tried everything in this thread (multiple times) and the drop down box will not work. Please help. Here's my screen shot for proof http://screencast.com/t/uVYtiCnV8 I have a feeling it might be something weird with this particular site. Can someone else see if they have a problem with mail.com and that particular drop down?
