Newbie Question - Create Variables Dynamically.

1. Is there a way to create variables dynamically, like create variables in a loop using list which contains items for variables' names?

 

2. I found UI command doesn't work in a loop or in a function. It means UI stuff can't create dynamically, if I need create UI text boxes from a list is an impossible task.
