Close Page Not Working For Popups In New Window

I seem to be having problems closing popups in New Window, 

Wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue ?

 

 

basically, 

Im clicking a link that opens a popup in a separate little window,

I have Allow popups (In new window) at the start 

when the link is clicked the new window opens as usual, and the commands within an "In Popup" node work perfectly fine

 

but at the end when it gets to "Close Page" the little window just freezes, NOT crash there is not the "browser crash" screen) 

just an image of the page that was there, you know .. when you click it you get a stretched version in the main browser :/

 

So, .. Is this just me ?

 

Or should i be reporting this in the Bug Tracker ?

it's best to submit to the tracker with a sample code so they can check it out and see.
