How To Structure Bots For Scheduling What Do I Include And Exclude?

I have a script that runs heavily on what the user has selected in the User Interface as options. What I am struggling to understand is exactly how I build a process that will run the main script.

 

I know I have to use the define command but I am not sure what I need to include in there. Will it be enough that the define commands contains everything in the bot except for the UI elements and when the program run on a schedule it will automatically mine the values from the UI when it runs? I hope you get what I mean.

 

For example if in the script there are other define functions do I need to include those in the process or will ubot know to reference them from outside the define folder that is being used to trigger the process?
