How to go 1 folder higher than your application folder ?

I'm looking to find a file that's always located 1 folder higher then my application folder.

I know this is your application folder:

$special folder("Application"")

 

But how do I go up 1 folder ?

This seems to work, 

set(#Folder, $find regular expression($special folder("Application"), ".*\\\\"), "Global")
