Getting the mouse to scroll down - how can we do this?

Im faced with a cpanel theme issue ubot wont recognize the link i want it to click on seems like unless its within the ubot control screen, so how can i force it to scroll down to go to fantastico button.

 

it clicks on the button no problem after but until it sees it somehow it wont do it and gets stuck there

 

i know there are some short cuts to getting this done i seen it somewhere along my travels but i cant seem to find it anymore so thought to ask out here.

 

any1?
