  1. Hey Botbuddy, Thanks for the reply , but the issue is with the data Google is serving, look what happens when I select by outerhtml in choose by attribute: <A class=l onmousedown="" href="/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=1&sqi=2&ved=0CDoQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.blogger.com%2F&ei=3h9dTfHxG4nPhAeh1bGqCA&usg=AFQjCNGb2S_ihucIn-YF2o0ZlC3KCh92Aw">Blogger: Create your free <EM>Blog</EM></A> using wildcards <A class=l *>*</A> will return the following when scraping href: /url?sa=t&source=web&cd=1&sqi=2&ved=0CDoQFjAA&
  2. Works for me...see attached script, submits username and password...obviously my submitted data is incorrect web2mayhem.ubot
  3. Thanks LoWrIdErTJ, I've checked my internet and browser settings and they appear to be consistent over all the machines on my network. All are running Win 7 the only difference being that my Laptop is 64 bit. It's a really weird one...if I go to Google blog search everything is fine, but on the standard Google search. It does not work. I've checked my Internet settings and this anomaly is also apparent in Google chrome as well. Doing a search for the returned result brings up information about SOAP and tracking... does anyone have any additional ideas? Thanks Rob
  4. hey guys, was just running a bot I compiled on one machine on another and I noticed something weird. You know when scraping Google you select: outerhtml as an attribute... <A class=l onmousedown="return clk(this.href,*')" href="*">*</A> and then just scrape by attribute href you normally get the url..eg http://scapedsite.com On the other machine I'm getting this: /url?sa=t&source=web&cd=11&ved=0CBgQFjAAOAo&url=http%3A%2F%2Flibrary.med.utah.edu%2Fblog%2Feccles%2F2010%2F04%2F08%2Fto-twitter-or-not-to-twitter%2F&ei=4GlcTe8qy63xA7bw5ZUC&usg=AFQjCNF
  5. Hey Brindle, thanks for coming up with such a great idea, but I'd really like to get things moving here, it is not my intention to hijack your thread, but I can see that if we do not take action then this collaboration will remain nothing more than a great idea. OK guys, I'll register a domain and set up a forum and we can take the discussion there...Collectively we will benefit from creating a powerful collection of tools, but also...in time we could turn this into a membership site where Internet marketers have access to the applications as long as they are paying members? We monetize th
  6. Hi guys, I'm working on some software for offline marketing, which uses Google Places. The bot as is, works great in the UK, but I want the software to work internationally. (In particular for New Zealand). So if there are any coders who would like to get involved then please get back to me. Most of the work is done, it's just getting the bot to work anywhere. If you'd like to get involved then I'll send you the code, but I only want experienced experienced coders with a good track record. Please also let me know how much you would want to be paid to undertake the project. Here's a couple
  7. I think this is an amazing idea and it would be great to collaborate on such a project, maybe some live brainstorming session could be started between everyone who is interested in getting involved. And we could discuss project management and decide which elements of the project we can individually undertake. I for one am willing to put my heart and soul into the project. Maybe we could set up a forum dedicated to the project? I'm more than willing to do this. Come on guys, lets get it moving! Cheers Rob
  8. I'm up for being involved...the account creation part will be the biggest pain in the "A" as far as I can see. PM me to discuss further. Cheers Rob
  9. I have this wrapped, i've written a sub which scrapes proxies on the fly and uses them with the serps clicker. No probs there. Sending you a PM now Cheers Rob
  10. Sure I'm up for a collaboration, Ill pm you my Skype details
  11. This is pretty similar to a bot I wrote, I'd been looking at se sniper and though it would be simple enough to create a bot to do the same thing. This biggest stumbling block I found was using proxies...I could get the bot to run great on English domains...but foreign ones caused a problem... and also Google instant, that was a pain too. Glad to see you got there
  12. Hi Guys, Man I'm glad I bought Ubot, it has really opened some doors for me and got me some great clients. I'm looking for a few coders to work with me on future products, some of the coding will be advanced, so I really need experienced coders. If you'd like to get involved then please contact me. many thanks Rob
  13. Cheers Guys, and thanks Frank, that was some sound advice. The guy was really impressed with the work that I did and wants me to do more for him, I think I'll ask for a percentage next time as he's a well know Internet Marketer and doing so well that to do so would obviously be lucrative. Man I love Ubot Cheers Rob
  14. I must admit UBOT is a great application and it's paid for itself several times over for me, but I made a bot for a well known Internet Marketer and he took $45K in sales of the product over last weekend. I'm still gobsmacked...considering I charged $500 to build the application, I should have asked for a share of the profits Still its led to more work with the guy and a significant boost to my online earnings I'm so pleased I bought UBOT it is the business without a doubt! Cheers UBOT team, I love you!!! Rob
  15. Hey Oxboy, I think you'll have more luck on a VB forum...
  16. Hey OXboy, If you're using Visual studio why don't you use a library like ling to twitter and connect to the API with OAUTH?
  17. Hey Oxboy, Lilly posted the answer to this problem, just make sure that you select button from the choose by attribute menu and also look at the javascript, using a wildcard "*" to replace the number string in the query. Just look at the screenshot she posted
  18. Fantastic Lily, I had to choose by outerhtml to get it to work and click the unfollow attribute...but it certainly seems to work. I owe you one big time. Thanks so much
  19. Thanks LillyT... I can't wait to get this problem sorted out.
  20. Does anyone know how to get ubot to click the unfollow button from the drop down menu on a twitter page? I've tried selecting by attribute and then clicking chosen...but it's not working. I assume that someone with knowledge of jquery would know how to get this to work... Any help here is greatly appreciated. All the best Rob
  21. Hi Guys, I just wanted to show my appreciation for this great software. I've developed some Bots which are now making me money and are also increasing the value of products I've coded in other languages. I find using Ubot is so much quicker than other methods of coding, a client can come to me with a concept and I've got a working prototype built within no time. Thanks again guys, it was the best $200 I've spent in a while Rob
  22. Thanks very much for your help guys. The_Brit that javascript worked a treat, many thanks
  23. Hi I've been playing around with a Twitter bot I made and decided to incorporate message sending, you know using the @username...The problem is that after I've automatically filled in the field with the message the "Tweet" button remains disabled. http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/7248/buttonproblem.png This button would normally enable as soon as you start typing in it. I've tried using sendkeys...fills field but still the button is not enabled. Is there a way that I could activate the button with javascript? Any help would be appreciated. All the best Rob
  24. It's only a multiupload site guys...for some reason the rapidshare link doesn't work, but the others do. There's nothing to worry about. Rob
  25. I would like to share a UBOT twitter application with you. It adds users by keyword, username and unfollows using Buzzom. The software works very well at getting targeted followers and should make your Twitter marketing efforts easy. You also have Full MRR rights to distribute this software for free or commercially, it's entirely up to you. Here's a multiupload.com link: Download here I hope you like it. Cheers Rob
