No, usually you just setup a support ticket system such as: http://osticket.com/. But if you think that is better for your needs then I will point out the tracker that Ubot uses here: http://tracker.ubotstudio.com/ They use Redmine: http://www.redmine.org/ Bug tracking vs support ticket systems are pretty similar in the end.
