Adding to a csv without overwriting

I'm sure this is simple, and I'm just missing something right in front of me, but how would I go about saving a list to a .csv while keeping the any preexisting data in it?

I would say load cvs as a list, set list position to list size so you end up on last record, add new data to list, save to file again.
